Layn Natural Ingredients will showcase its monk fruit sweetener portfolio, including new decoction powder and liquid formats, at this year's SupplySide Global show, as the company targets manufacturers seeking sugar-reduction solutions and greater flexibility across international markets.
The new monk fruit formats are designed to expand formulation options for food, beverage, flavour and nutrition brands.
Layn said the autumn harvest season is an important period for manufacturers to assess monk fruit requirements and secure supply for 2027.
“Monk fruit continues to be an important tool for brands looking to develop products with reduced or no added sugar and harvest season is a critical time to be thinking about future supply,” explained Elaine Yu, president of Layn Natural Ingredients.
The company will also highlight SteviUp M2, an advanced Reb M stevia sweetener that Layn says offers improved solubility and a cleaner, more sugar-like taste profile.
The ingredient is intended to help formulators address taste and processing challenges in reduced-sugar and sugar-free products.

Expanding science-backed ingredient portfolio
Beyond sweeteners, Layn will showcase ingredients targeting weight management, gut health and functional nutrition.
These include SophorOx, which received the 2026 WholeFoods Magazine Ingredient Choice Award in the weight management category, as well as Galacan, a water-soluble beta-glucan.
The portfolio also includes NMN and NAD ingredients produced using precision fermentation and enzymatic catalysis, reflecting the company's expanding activity in cellular health and healthy ageing.
The SupplySide Global showcase follows a busy year of ingredient development for Layn.
At IFT FIRST 2026 in July, the company introduced its monk fruit decoction powder and liquid alongside SteviUp M2, extending its range of sweetener solutions.
Layn launched a high-purity NAD ingredient at Natural Products Expo West 2026 to complement its existing NMN platform.
SupplySide Global takes place in Las Vegas from 28-30 October.
Attendees can visit Layn at Booth 5065 to sample its no-sugar-added mango sorbet, sugar-free confectionery and functional beverages.
