Foodology by Univar Solutions will be highlighting our extensive portfolio of clean label and functional starches, enzymes, natural extracts, flavours and colours, plant-based proteins and sugar reduction solutions ... to name a few.

Recognising the escalating demand for ethically sourced, nutritious options, the Foodology by Univar Solutions technical team will be preparing a range of value-added concepts and recipes to help brands navigate the challenging environment.

The tasting menu at the Foodology by Univar Solutions booth will touch a variety of applications, including veggie burgers and patties, high protein yoghurts, clean label sauces and dips, high fibre breads, plant-based milks and dairy, fortified confectionery, wholesome snacks and vegan protein shakes.

Drinks will include sugar-free, non-alcoholic mojitos and lemonades. Attendees will be able to engage in discussions about formulating tailored solutions for healthy nutrition and cost-efficiency, without compromising on quality, for developing a stronger brand experience.
