Women In Nutraceuticals announces first leadership summit

Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), a non-profit led by a diverse team of business leaders focused on gender equality in the nutraceutical industry, is pleased to announce the group’s first in person WIN Leadership Summit (25–26 April) at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona

The Summit begins with optional activities Friday afternoon 25 April, followed by a fun and productive networking reception.

Saturday 26 April will be a full day of leadership development, featuring an inspiring opening keynote by Dr Kulreet Chaudhary, Neurologist and Ayurvedic practitioner: Reviving the Goddess: Empowering Modern Female Entrepreneurs.

Amy Summers, founder and President of Pitch Publicity and INICIVOX, will share her insights in the session: "Adopting a Mentorship Mentality."

Attendees will learn how to integrate mentorship into their daily leadership style and build authentic, meaningful connections that benefit both the mentor and her team.

There will also be a session on Passion, Purpose and Profit. Discover how to align personal passions, professional purpose, and profit strategies at this interactive workshop.

Gain actionable insights, explore sustainable innovations, and learn techniques for profit acceleration.

Empower yourself to break barriers and build a purpose-driven, successful business with engaging activities and real-world examples.

The session Breaking the Lab Ceiling: Empowering Female Scientists for Leadership and C-Suite Advancement will delve into the unique challenges female scientists face in reaching executive leadership roles, building essential leadership skills early on, with the ultimate goal of leadership at the highest levels.

The session will also describe how the industry can support scientists in personal and professional development to thrive in executive roles and build strategic influence.

There will also be a limited number of well-suited vendors at the Leadership Summit, companies that have the highest quality products and excellent track records with customer service, and who provide products and services for the field of nutraceuticals.

Summit registration cost for WIN members is $27, and $450 for non-members. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging; WIN has provided a helpful list of hotels.
