Nutriearth brings a ray of summer to Fi Europe 2025; even in the darkest days of Paris

December may cast long shadows over Paris — even the “City of Light” feels a little dim at this time of year, but Nutriearth is determined to brighten things up. At Fi Europe 2025, visitors will find a cheerful pocket of July hidden inside the French Pavilion, where Nutriearth will showcase its truly natural and sustainable vitamin D₃ innovations from 2–4 December at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Fresh off the inauguration of its new manufacturing site in France, Nutriearth now turns its attention to showing just how enjoyable and practical its ingredients can be. And in December, that includes a much-needed taste of sunshine.

Registered media stopping by Stand 40F123 on the French Pavilion will be welcomed with a Madeleine prepared with N-utra, offering around 150 IU of natural vitamin D₃. In other words: the equivalent of about 5 minutes of sunshine in July in Saint-Tropez , delivered as a soft, golden bite. It’s a tiny, delicious escape from the winter gloom — and a reminder of what a nutrient-rich ingredient can bring to everyday foods.

Nutriearth’s portfolio centres on N-utra, its functional flour recently authorised by the European Commission. Made from Tenebrio molitor and naturally rich in proteins, B-vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, N-utra also provides a highly bioavailable, natural source of vitamin D₃ thanks to Nutriearth’s patented biomimetic method, which mirrors the body's own vitamin D synthesis. The ingredient blends easily into staples such as bread, pasta, cookies and energy bars without altering their taste, texture or appearance. Working with a biscuit manufacturer, Nutriearth has already created madeleines enriched with N-utra — with each portion delivering 25% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D₃.

Alongside N-utra, Nutriearth offers Nutra-oil, its concentrated vitamin D₃ ingredient for dietary supplements. Nutra-oil is approved for use in North America and is currently under evaluation in Europe, with anticipated approval in 2026. Both formats offer natural, effective vitamin D₃ and a complete, sustainable solution for fortified foods and supplements.

At Fi Europe, Nutriearth’s team will present these innovations and discuss how natural vitamin D₃ can support a more resilient and sustainable food and nutrition supply chain. All visitors, whether seeking technical insight or a symbolic taste of summer, are warmly invited to step into the light at Stand 40F123 on the French Pavilion.

Interview opportunities

CEO Jeremy Burks will be on-site throughout Fi Europe – ready to chat, share insights, and personally offer journalists one of Nutriearth’s sunshine-infused madeleines. Consider it both an interview and a brief holiday from December.
