Lemme, the wellness brand co-founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, has announced the launch of its new Lemme Balance Capsules.
The daily supplements are formulated to support hormone balance, ovarian health and cycle regularity in women experiencing symptoms of hormonal disruption.
The product launch comes at a clinically significant moment: polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has been officially renamed polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), following a landmark global consensus published in The Lancet, involving more than 50 patient and professional organisations.
The condition affects one in eight women worldwide, or more than 170 million women and the renaming reflects a growing understanding that the condition is more than simply an ovarian issue.
Experts note that the previous name obscured the condition's wide-ranging endocrine and metabolic features, contributing to delayed diagnoses, fragmented care and stigma.
Lemme said in its statement that the new Lemme Balance has been formulated to address this broader, systemic understanding of hormonal health.
The product's core active ingredients are Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in a clinically studied 40:1 ratio. This formulation, the brand said, reflects the body's naturally occurring balance of these two compounds.
This inositol ratio has been researched for its role in supporting ovarian function, insulin signalling and menstrual cycle regularity.
The formula also includes 5-MTHF (the bioavailable, methylated form of folate), chromium picolinate for metabolic and glucose regulation, vitamin D3 and spearmint leaf extract, which has a history of use in women's wellness.
The capsule is also vegan.
Dr Kathleen Valenton, board-certified OB/GYN and Chief Medical Officer at Lemme, highlighted the precision behind the formulation: "What's meaningful here is the level of precision behind the formulation, especially using a ratio of inositols that reflects physiological balance."
It is more important than ever for supporting ovarian and metabolic health together.
"I hear from so many women who just want to feel like themselves again and don't always know where to start," added Lemme co-founder Kourtney Kardashian Barker.
What I've learned is how much your hormones affect everything. Your cycle is always evolving, so having something you can take every day to support your body [with] time and help you feel more balanced felt really important to me.
Women's health supplements: a rapidly expanding market
The launch arrives at a moment of significant commercial momentum in women's health nutraceuticals.
The global women's health and beauty supplements market was valued at approximately $60bn in 2025, with the US market alone estimated at nearly $13bn, driven in part by growing demand for natural, clean-label formulations and celebrity-endorsed supplement brands — such as Lemme.
Industry analysts have noted growing momentum in women's health research, with significant opportunities emerging for companies developing more personalised, targeted supplement formulations.
Hormonal health is one of the fastest-growing sub-segments within this space.
Leading brands are increasingly expanding distribution into mainstream retail, reflecting growing demand for clinically informed products that cover hormone support and comprehensive wellness — for example, Lemme expanded its nationwide retail presence at Walmart in January 2026.
The convergence of the PMOS renaming, rising consumer awareness of hormonal health and the increasing sophistication of nutraceutical formulations suggests that products such as Lemme Balance are well-positioned to gain traction among consumers.
