Vitux AS, the Norwegian technology and contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) behind Concordix®, announced the appointment of Frederik Fogstad as Chief Executive Officer. Fogstad will assume responsibility for the company’s business and operations, bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience in commercial development, organisational growth and global operations.
As part of the leadership transition, Co-Founder Klaus Neumann will shift his focus toward new growth opportunities, innovation, intellectual property, and advancing the Concordix® technology platform as Chief Development Officer, allowing him to concentrate on the areas that have been central to the company’s evolution and future growth.
The new leadership structure brings together complementary strengths at an important stage in Vitux’s development: Fogstad’s extensive experience building and operating international businesses and Neumann’s deep knowledge of Concordix®, its technology and its future potential.
Strengthening Business and Operational Excellence
Fogstad joins Vitux following an extensive international career spanning consumer brands, marketing, manufacturing and business operations. Most recently, he held a series of senior executive positions at Flokk, a leading office-furniture manufacturer, including Senior Vice President International and CEO of Flokk US.
At Flokk, Fogstad played a central role in the company’s expansion outside Europe, including building its presence in Asia-Pacific and later leading the integration and operation of the group’s US acquisitions.
That experience aligns closely with Vitux’s current stage of development. The company has grown from its Norwegian roots into an international CDMO with manufacturing operations in Andenes, Norway, and Windsor, Canada, serving supplement brands and partners across international markets.
As CEO, Fogstad will focus on strengthening Vitux’s commercial and operational foundation, supporting its international organization and ensuring the company is positioned to efficiently serve customers as demand for differentiated supplement-delivery solutions continues to grow.
