According to Bloomberg News, the food and beverage giant PepsiCo is mulling over a deal to acquire functional prebiotic soda brand, Poppi.
The $1.95bn deal would expand PepsiCo's presence in the functional beverage market, which follows closely on the heels of Coca-Cola's Simply Pop prebiotic soda line launch.
