Visitors to the forthcoming expo in Geneva will be invited to the company’s Creatilicious Bar (Booth I30, Hall 3) to sample a selection of innovative and tasty food concepts.
All are inspired by key consumer trends, such as growing interest in infant cognitive health, permissive indulgence, the need to reduce sugar, and the mainstreaming of sports nutrition.
The exciting ideas on show will include:
- A coconut isotonic beverage: This drink combines a mix of Roquette Glucidex maltodextrins and Roquette dextrose to fine-tune osmolarity and maximise hydration.
- Iron-rich gummies: The gummies are sugar-free and vegan due to Cleargum starches and Lycasin maltitol syrup. Enriched with iron, they contribute to help support children’s cognitive development.
- High-protein vegan bars: These gluten-free, soft-texture bars are made with Nutralys pea protein, which helps support muscle gain and promote satiety.
- High-protein instant soup: With its high protein content, this instant soup helps fuel active lifestyle due to the Glucidex range of carbohydrates and Nutralys pea protein.
Patrick Lapointe, Head of Marketing GBU FOOD at Roquette, said: “Whether visitors are targeting an eco-minded fitness enthusiastic, a parent trying to give their child the best start in life, or a baby-boomer who wants to combine indulgence with healthy lifestyle, we have developed a suitable food concept.”
Members of Roquette’s food application team will be ready to explain the benefits of ingredients and answer any questions while encouraging visitors to try its solutions for themselves.
Meanwhile, the company’s experts in nutraceutical solutions will be available to help customers develop efficient delivery systems in oral dosage forms such tablets, capsules, syrups and confectionery forms based, on Roquette’s wide range of high-quality and plant-based excipients and ingredients.
