Biscuit-bar manufacturer Chookie has launched its “Perfectly Mixed-Up” campaign across the US. According to Chookie's Founder Zev Ziegler, the campaign is set to help the company "share its love for mixing up plant-baseds goodness".

“With unhealthy snacking covering 70% of American’s consumer behavior, this campaign’s theme is to celebrate summer by shining a light on perfectly mixing up culinary ingredients through various activations and activities that connect our brand and local communities with the taste of happy and healthy,” said Zev Ziegler, Founder of Chookie.

Ziegler continued: "Perfectly Mixed-Up is not only about appreciating and celebrating plant-based wonders, but also our taste-buds connection to them and, as a result, to each transformative bite."

For this campaign, the company’s small team led the way by partnering with pastry and food chefs including Christina Marcelli and Michelle Berckes. Chookie sent them kits containing "world traveling coconuts" that opened to reveal the company's Almond Coconut cookie bars nestled inside.

Is what’s inside our cookie-bars like a family picnic in a coconut grove in a soul kitchen? Like tailgating on a catamaran down a banana?

The company also invited its stakeholders to use the new “Not a Cookie Jar” instagram filter to reimagine the cookie jar as a place of wonder and magic. With the "cookie jar portal", guests online are able to experience an unexpected happy moment while scrolling to their destinations across the internet.

“Is what’s inside our cookie-bars like a family picnic in a coconut grove in a soul kitchen? Like tailgating on a catamaran down a banana? Like celebrating Carnival at the country fair? A cloud taking a nap? A rocking chair party? Whatever you see and wherever our portal takes you, we know like our cookie-bars, it’ll be an adventure because mixing oat raisin cookie batter with fruit and nut dough tastes wild,” said Ziegler.

On Sunday 30 July, as a continuation of the "Cookie Jar" portion of the campaign, the Chookie team partnered with the Busy Bee Organics team in Jersey City. The company also created “a cookie jar of goodness” by inviting their natural food enthusiasts and "busy bees" to mix up their day and write a heartfelt note to a stranger in their community.
