Tate & Lyle, a functional food and beverage ingredients provider, has released its novel stevia asset, OPTIMIZER STEVIA 8.10.

This ingredient offers a desirable sweet taste profile close to sugar, while also being cost-effective compared to other solutions on the market, according to the company.

 

Natural and versatile

OPTIMIZER STEVIA 8.10 qualifies for labelling as 'stevia extract' when adhering to JEFCA guidelines, meaning it aligns with the consumer preference for clean-label, natural products.

The functional ingredient can be used in a range of applications, including nutrition bars and shakes, functional beverages gummies, vitamins and yoghurt.
