Ritual’s omega-3 is held in a citrus essence capsule, meaning it does not have the traditional fishy taste you might expect from such a supplement. It features a dose of 500mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which, in the Mediterranean diet, is often seen as the gold standard in nutrition. Capsules are sustainably sourced from microalgae and are free of major allergens, whilst also being suitable for vegans.
