Functional ingredients supplier NutriScience Innovations has acquired the nutraceutical supplier XSTO Solutions.
NutriScience Innovations will now have access to the science-backed health benefits of XSTO's product line — allowing the company to offer more to its customers in the dietary supplement and functional food industries.
Through the acquisition, NutriScience has added a range of new branded ingredients to its portfolio, including, but not limited to:
- PepZinGI: A gut health ingredient designed to enhance gut health and manage mild gastric discomfort
- K2Quest: A vitamin K2 ingredient for better bone and cardiovascular health
- BenfoPure: A benfotiamine nutraceutical suitable for blood glucose control and metabolic management
- NiaXtend: A sustained-release niacin ingredient that can benefit the cardiovascular system and helo to maintain healthy lipid levels
- Cuvitus: A whole cucumber extract designed to support a user's muscular and joint health
Through this acquisition, the companies can integrate their industry-specific knowledge base to grow both the reputation and the client base of NutriScience Innovations as an ingredient supplier.
