Brenntag Specialties, a global ingredients distributor, has been appointed by FrieslandCampina Ingredients to be the company's exclusive distribution partner in France — specifically for its Biotis range.
Brenntag has already been distributing FrieslandCampina's products to Australia and South Korea, so this deal will expand the global footprint of the Biotis brand ingredients.
Biotis supports a range of health aspects
Biotis specifically supports three aspects of health: the gut, the brain and immune health.
Brenntag will distribute the full Biotis portfolio, including Biotis GOS for the stimulation of bifidobacteria growth in the gut.
With this addition to Brenntag's portfolio, its customers can create science-backed applications that support gut health and overall wellbeing to meet the demans of health-conscious consumers.
