3i Solutions, in conjunction with partner Stratum Nutrition (a business of ESM Technologies), has announced the addition of two new roles, Director of Finance and Director of Business Development, both of which will bring an extensive amount of expertise to each department.
3i Solutions makes new products possible by transforming water-insoluble ingredients into water dispersible formats. Utilising 3i Solutions technology, one can achieve water dispersible CBD, fish oil omegas, plant-based omegas, vitamin D, CoQ10, carotenoids and much more.
Brian Reich, Director of Finance at 3i Solutions, comes to the company with an extensive background in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, customer service, and estimating his skill set will help add value and profitability to our customer's bottom line. Reich was formerly a Director of Operations for several companies, most notably 20 years at Milark Industries.

Becky Wagner, Director of Business Development at 3i Solutions, brings 25 years of experience in the food, beverage, health care, and pet care industry, delivering solutions to help customers drive their products to market faster through market development activities creating new products offerings, optimizing current offerings or identify key growth areas to expand the portfolio. She was formerly the VP of Growth Platforms at FONA International.
