Leading nutraceutical gummy formulator TopGum Industries unveils a holistic supplement line targeting gut health.
The new line includes probiotic, prebiotic and postbiotic gummies in fruit flavours with no added sugar — built on TopGum’s patented Gummiceuticals fibre-based platform.
TopGum will introduce the new line at SupplySide Global 2026 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, booth #6273.

Akkermansia takes centre stage
An Akkermansia gummy creation is the anchor concept in the company’s newly launched portfolio of gut wellness gummies.
The product was developed together with The Akkermansia Company and primarily targets the North American market.
Each gummy contains a potent 10 billion TFU (Total Fluorescence Units) dose of the branded ingredient, Akkermansia TAC-01.
This pasteurised, highly bioaccessible, postbiotic form of Akkermansia muciniphila TAC-01 is designed to remain stable through the acidic environment of the stomach.
The naturally occurring beneficial bacterial strain discovered by TAC is scientifically backed to support metabolic wellness and weight management, largely through its role in strengthening the gut barrier.
Beyond helping to reduce inflammation, scientific findings have linked Akkermansia to improvements in metabolic markers and GLP-1 release, which may further support healthy weight management.
Fibre innovation
TopGum’s new gut health line also features a FiberMaxxing gummy, specifically designed to help consumers boost fibre intake.
Recent studies show that GLP-1 users are falling short of the recommended fibre intake and lack essential nutrients, owing to calorie restrictions.
This highlights the need for convenient complementary solutions that support nutritional balance and long-term well-being.
Each 4.5 g berry-flavoured gummy encloses a blend of 2.5 g soluble and insoluble fibres, overcoming the challenges of infusing highly water-absorbing fibre into a gummy matrix without impacting its firm gel structure or imparting any grainy texture.
The remaining 2 g of the vibrant pink gummy’s space is filled with TopGum’s patented prebiotic sweetener.
