Dr Jan’s presentation, "Understanding the Ageing Paradigm," will focus on the science-driven role of nutrition in supporting healthy ageing and longevity.
In this session, Dr Jan will explore ageing as a natural biological process marked by progressive physiological changes and increased susceptibility to chronic conditions.
The presentation will examine the molecular mechanisms underlying ageing, introduce the concept of biomorphosis as a natural life transition and highlight evidence-based nutritional strategies that may help support healthy ageing and longevity.
