In this role, Srinivasan will oversee Saanroo's financial strategy, capital planning, operational finance, and long-term growth initiatives, helping accelerate the company's continued investment in scientific research, strategic partnerships, and global market expansion.
Srinivasan brings a rare combination of investment expertise, financial leadership, and operational experience. Most recently, he served as a Partner at Acharya Research, where he worked alongside some of Silicon Valley's leading crossover, hedge, and growth funds to identify and evaluate high-growth companies across artificial intelligence, healthcare, software, cybersecurity, fintech, and consumer sectors. His work contributed to investments in many of the most influential technology companies over the past decade.

Prior to joining Acharya Research, Srinivasan was a Growth Equity Investor at GreenOaks Capital, a $13 billion investment firm known for backing category-defining technology companies. At GreenOaks, he led research and investment initiatives for companies from Series A through Series F, evaluating market opportunities, growth strategies, competitive positioning, and long-term value creation.

Srinivasan holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
