Rousselot, Darling Ingredients’ health brand, will return to Fi Europe with a showcase of its collagen and gelatin-based solutions for science-backed health and wellness.
Designed to deliver proven health benefits and to enhance nutritional profiles — by reducing sugar, increasing protein or achieving a clean label, Rousselot’s ingredients help brands to create products that balance well-being and indulgence.
Visitors will be able to experience these benefits firsthand through a variety of tasting concepts at the booth.
A highlight of the exhibit will be Nextida GC, Rousselot’s latest collagen peptide innovation, which has been clinically shown to support metabolic wellness by naturally stimulating GLP-1 and GIP secretion.
Attendees will be invited to sample “Cosmopolitan” and “Vegas” mocktails, hazelnut macchiatos and appetiser crackers featuring Nextida GC.
Additional prototypes on-stand include Peptan-powered drinks, functional gummies made with SiMoGel technology and a new low-sugar, high-fibre snack bar fortified with collagen protein.
Each concept offers either proven functional benefits or improved nutritional profiles without compromising indulgence.
Rousselot application experts will also present a recently published poster demonstrating the heat stability of Peptan collagen peptides in bakery and ultra-high-temperature (UHT) drink applications.
At the Exhibitor Showcase Theatre (40A104) on Wednesday 3 December at 14:30 CET, Florencia Moreno Torres, Global Marketing Manager, and Tim de Lange, Global Applications Center Manager, will present “The GLP-1 Effect: Shaping the Next Wave of Nutritional Innovation.”
This expert session will explore opportunities for GLP-1 companion products, from nutritional support and glucose regulation to gut comfort and muscle preservation, offering attendees practical formulation insights and a deep dive into evolving consumer mindsets around metabolic wellness.
