The licence agreement grants exclusive rights to OptiPharm to distribute OptiBiome, the alternative trademark to SlimBiome, in countries where implied nutrition or health claims are prohibited.
As part of the deal, OptiPharm will supply the weight management ingredient to more than 20 markets around the world, including Australia, parts of Asia, New Zealand, Middle East, Gulf States and North America.
