Lallemand Health Solutions' team will be at the Food ingredients (Fi) Europe, co-hosted with Health ingredients (Hi) Europe, from December 6 to 8 in Paris, France, to present its probiotic solutions for food and beverage applications. The company will be exhibiting at booth 7.1 D50.

For example, B. subtilis Rosell-179's viability and survivability has been successfully tested under various extreme conditions and can be conveniently incorporated into baked goods, such as cookies, bread, confectionary, still and carbonated beverage.
