Azelis, a service provider in the chemical and food ingredients industry, has announced the extension of its distribution agreement with CP Kelco in India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
Azelis will distribute the complete range of CP Kelco’s products, which includes specialty carrageenan, xanthan gum, pectin, gellan gum, fermentation-derived cellulose and the company’s recently launched citrus fibre. As of July 11th, Azelis will cover the company’s food products in India; in Malaysia, it will distribute food and C&I (consumers & industrials) products; and in Indonesia, in addition to the existing food partnership, Azelis will also cover C&I. As of August 1st, the distributor will cover C&I products in Thailand.
The companies’ collaboration in Asia Pacific started in 2012 with China and expanded in 2018 to Indonesia. CP Kelco offers advanced thickening, texturising, suspending and stabilising solutions through its portfolio of nature-based hydrocolloids and citrus fibre.
