“I’ve been so fortunate that I’ve never had to choose between a career I love and living authentically,” said cofounder Franck Gillet.
“I believe in creating an open workplace culture for everyone in our industries and am proud of the progress we’ve made toward this effort during the past 5 years.”
NPN has raised nearly $50,000 to date for organisations that promote equality and provide support, including the Trevor Project and LGBTQ+ Centers in Las Vegas, Chicago and
California.
At this year’s SupplySide West trade show, NPN highlighted and collected donations for The Pride Tree, a Las Vegas-based non-profit that provides year-round programmes and
inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ youth to explore their identities and develop leadership skills.
One of the standout initiatives is Camp Pride Tree, a summer camp free from traditional gender norms that is designed to boost self-esteem and foster lifelong friendships.
“Diversity is a powerful catalyst for new ideas, innovative thinking and harmonious coexistence, and The Pride Tree is developing the next generation of leaders who share our commitment to spreading awareness of the need for diversity,” said Board Member Steve Siegel.
“We firmly believe that celebrating each other’s unique perspectives and experiences is essential for driving innovation and growth in our industry, as well as creating a better world.”
