LBB Specialties signs functional mushroom distribution agreement with Myzel Organics

LBB will be responsible for the distribution of Myzel's mushroom nutraceutical range, which includes popular species such as lion's mane and turkey tail

LBB Specialties, has partnered with Myzel Organics to distribute its range of functional mushroom powders for functional foods and dietary supplements. 

LBB will introduce the organic, non-GMO, gluten-free mushroom powders to the North American market to meet the current surge in popularity of functional mushrooms for health. 

Myzel cultivates its mushrooms in Canada at its sustainability-focused facility, which the company claims is net-zero

Through the collaboration, LBB will add a range of functional mushrooms to its portfolio, bolstering its plant-based protein offerings. 

This includes popular species, such as:

  • Turkey tail
  • Oyster
  • Lion's mane 
  • Cordyceps
