FI Europe gears up to present the latest nutraceutical innovations

The event will be held in Frankfurt between 19–21 November, and will exhibit the latest trends and innovations in the functional food industry

Fi Europe, the trade show bringing together professionals in the food, beverage and nutraceutical industries to present the latest innovations in these sectors.

From the 19–21 November, Informa will host the event at the Messe in Frankfurt, with more than 1500 exhibitors forecasted to attend.

There will be approximately 25,000 visitors from 135 countries at the event — including key industry names such as Brenntag Holding, ABF Ingredients Group, Cargill and Prinova.

For the first time, there will be a pet food suppliers hub, where visitors can explore the latest ingredients and technologies for pet nutrition. 

As well as this new addition to the roster, there will be a focus on: 

  • Health ingredients: functional F&B ingredients with proven benefits
  • Expanded food manufacturing technologies and solutions
  • Exhibitor showcases to fill attendees in on the latest innovations 

Visitors will also have access to the two-day Fi Europe conference, which is held on the 19–20 November.

This will include expert-led sessions on the current industry opportunities and challenges in the R&D and manufacturing of functional foods and beverages.

The Future of Nutrition Summit will also be held right before the event this year, which will take place at the Mövenpick Hotel in Frankfurt on 18 November. 

Attendees can access the summit with a delegate pass, and will hear from industry leaders about future trends and developments in the health and nutrition sector.
