Immunotec to build a new warehouse in Mexico in 2015
Also appoints an additional member to its Board of Directors
Canadian nutritional products manufacturer Immunotec will build a new warehouse to support its Mexico business, which is celebrating its fourth anniversary.
The company has also appointed a new director to its Board of Directors.
The company's Mexican corporate entity has reported C$39.6m in revenues in the last 12 months, equivalent to a 133% compound annual growth rate.
'Our strategy of vertical integration will enable us to deploy more resources in Mexico in 2015 such as a new warehouse and kitting facility in Toluca, a municipality close to Mexico City,' said Charles Orr, Chief Executive of Immunotec.
In addition, Robert Raich has joined the company's Board.
Raich is a Senior Partner at the legal firm Spiegel Sohmer. He is a senior member of the firm's taxation law department, specialising in corporate tax planning and reorganisations, international tax law and estate planning. He also has extensive experience in commercial transactions.
