Herbalife launches personalised supplement Bioniq GO in Europe

The new, personalised daily micronutrient supplement uses a Wellness Assessment to match users with one of forty different formulations that are tailored to each individual's wellness goals

Herbalife has announced the UK launch of Bioniq GO, the company's personalised daily supplement platform.

It said the launch reflected growing consumer demand for "more individualised approaches to wellness" and underscored the firm's continued evolution towards a more data-informed approach to personalised wellness.

Bioniq GO builds on the Bioniq platform, which provides personalised supplement formulations designed for a broad range of adults, including Cristiano Ronaldo, who has been a Bioniq user since 2022.

Bioniq GO provides a personalised daily micronutrient supplement experience through a digital Wellness Assessment. This assessment then matches individuals to one of 40 formulations, based on their inputs and wellness goals, with each formulation containing up to 23 vitamins and minerals.

The supplements are also vegan-friendly.

"For decades, Herbalife has personalised nutrition through curated product programmes and one-to-one support from our independent distributors," said Manny Nwosu, Director, Sales, UK.

With the launch of Bioniq GO in the UK, we are building on that foundation by expanding from personally curated nutrition programmes to formulas matched to personal inputs and wellness goals, creating an even more personalised wellness experience.

The nutrition giant added that the launch marked an important milestone in its journey to "expand personalised wellness at scale," noting that the platform enables it to reach more customers while maintaining the human support that has differentiated the company for so long.

Herbalife announced its agreement to acquire Bioniq in March of this year, furthering its strategy to transform into a "technology-enabled, data-driven health and wellness platform." The launch of Bioniq GO in Europe, the company said, represents one of the initial commercial outcomes of this integration.

Bioniq GO is now available across 11 European markets. Additional markets, including the US, are expected to follow.
