GELITA has announced that it will be making an appearance at this year's Fi Europe.
Attendees can find GELITA at booth H3.1, F50.
At the event, the company will showcase how its gelatin and collagen peptide solutions can enhance bars, gummies, supplements and more.
GELITA's functional ingredients have been designed to help manufacturers increase the protein content of their functional foods or supplements, while also reducing sugar.
During the three day event, the company will showcase:
- OPTIBAR: A collagen peptide solution that allows manufacturers to create high-protein products with a desirable taste and texture
- SOLUFORM: A next-gen gelatin that optimises the nutritional profile of confectionary. In two forms, SOLUFORM PE boosts protein content, while SOLUFORM SR allows food producers to create low sugar and sugar-free sweets without compromising on texture or taste
- VERISOL HST: A functional ingredient designed for beauty from within applications, which has been clinically proven to promote skin metabolism
- CONFIXX: A fast-setting gelatin that allows supplement manufacturers to create fortified gummies without starch.
- RAPISOL: A fast-release gelatin
- DELASOL: A delayed release gelatin
The company will also give two lectures in the Exhibitor Showcase Theatre, including "Meeting consumer demands in the bar market: how to gain a competitive edge with innovations in high protein and sugar-free bars" and "Managing postprandial oxidation of omega-3 supplements — a hidden cost saving opportunity?".
The first lecture will be held on the 20th November at 12:20, and will feature Nutritional & Health Ingredients Manager, Natalie Leuwer and Collagen Peptide Application Specialist, Sophie Brand.
The second will take place on the 19th at 14:30, and will be hosted by Dr Stephan Hausmanns, Head of Global Marketing & Innovation Management at GELITA Performance Solutions.
