The company’s brands in the UK and Ireland are Nature’s Bounty and Solgar
Nestlé Health Science has announced the completion of its acquisition of the core brands of The Bountiful Company, a supplier of vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements.
The acquisition is aimed to complement Nestlé Health Science’s existing health and nutrition portfolio in terms of brands and sales channels.

The closing of the deal follows its initial announcement in April. The brands will join Nestlé’s broader portfolio including Vital Proteins, Minami, Garden of Life and Pure Encapsulations.
