In response to sales of its minerals for dietary supplement and nutra-food products, Ohad Cohen, CEO of Israeli-based Gadot Biochemicals has announced key appointments to its North American sales team.
The global supplier of citrate-based ingredients and fortifying minerals and phosphates for the food and nutraceutical industry has appointed Dave Boburka and Jennifer Solgonick as new Gadot regional sales managers for the US market.
Boburka, based in Chicago, will manage sales development for the midwest to east coast territory. He was previously senior account manager at Specialty Minerals (Bethlehem, Penn.), where he developed lucrative partnerships with customers in several industries including dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, and personal care.
Solgonick, based in Southern California, will manage the west coast to midwest territory, focusing on the food and beverage industry. She specialises in business development and product management for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications. She was previously at IMCD US and had successfully transitioned from the nutraceutical to the pharmaceutical industry.
