Stimulation of nitric oxide production: Vasodilation is linked to the production of NO by an enzyme called eNOs (endothelial nitric oxide synthase). In vitro and ex vivo studies show that Nexira’s proprietary formulation activates eNOS, which contributes to an increase in vasodilation of up to 50%.
