MycoTechnology appoints Rob Case as its new Chair of the Board

Rob will provide commercial expertise, while also guiding the company through its ongoing growth and development

MycoTechnology has appointed Rob Case as the new Chair of the company's Board.

A previous member of the Board of Directors, he succeeds the co-founder of MycoTechnology, Alan Hahn — who will continue to support the company as a member of the board.

Rob has been a board member for MycoTechnology for more than six years, and has supported the company through its growth as a food technology company.

According to the company, Rob will be crucial in guiding the company throughout its ongoing growth efforts, bringing his leadership and commercial expertise to the table.

Before joining the Board of Directors at MycoTechnology, Rob held multiple leadership roles at Nestlé, including Chief Marketing Officer and President of Nestlé Beverages.

He also served as a board member for several CPG companies.

CTO of MycoTechnology, Ranjan Patnaik, commented: “Rob has been a valuable asset to MycoTechnology’s Board of Directors,”

“His guidance will be essential to our continued success, including the development and commercialisation of our new Honey Truffle Sweeter, growth of our commercially successful ClearIQ natural flavour modifier, and future breakthroughs using the power of fungi.”

“It’s a privilege to take on this role during an exciting time in MycoTechnology’s journey,” said Rob. “I look forward to continued growth and progress toward our mission of food system transformation, as we build on existing innovations and explore new solutions from nature.”
