Faravelli is among the winners of the Italian edition of the Best Managed Companies award, recognising its organizational capacity, strategy and performance.
Companies were analysed across six criteria: strategy, skills and innovation, corporate social responsibility, commitment and corporate culture, governance and performance measurement, internationalisation.
Deloitte announced the winners on 14 September.
Luca Benati, CEO of Faravelli said: “The satisfaction is great! Being among the 59 nationally awarded companies is the result we aspired to, but one which we knew was not easy to achieve: there are so many companies in Italy that exhibit excellence. The evaluation process was long and demanding, particularly during current circumstances, but it was compelling.
"It has, in fact, allowed us to focus even more on the characteristics that make Faravelli a company of excellence, but also on the points which can be improved upon in future. It is a recognition that goes to all our collaborators and to the work always carried out with great commitment and dedication. I think we can all be proud."
Ernesto Lanzillo, Private Leader for Italy, Greece and Malta, and Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and Head of BMC said: "The companies awarded in this third edition have shown not only excellence, but also great ability and resilience in dealing with the crisis caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, the evaluation of the candidates lasted longer than expected precisely to allow us to investigate the methods of emergency management by the candidates.
"The 59 Best Managed Companies of this edition are therefore the mirror of an Italy made up of excellence which, leveraging its strengths and through careful management, is successfully overcoming an unprecedented period of uncertainty."
