Alland & Robert to exhibit its acacia gum solutions at Fi Europe

The company will be on hand to discuss its acacia gum ingredients, as well as its consultancy service for those looking to commercialise products containing acacia gum

Alland & Robert has disclosed what it will be showcasing at the upcoming Fi Europe show.

The event, which will be held in Frankfurt between November 19–21, will allow nutraceutical industry professionals to discover more about the latest innovations and technologies.

At Fi Europe, Alland & Robert will be on stand F80 to discuss how its R&D team can offer a comprehensive consultancy service, helping brands to design, develop and commercialise products containing acacia gum.

As well as displaying its services, Alland & Robert will present its vegan texture agent, Syndeo Gelling.

The ingredient, which is based on acacia gum, can be used as a gelatin substitute in food and dietary supplements.

The company will also exhibit its Beyond Acacia soluble gum, which has had a formulation update.

The nutraceutical's new granulometry ensures excellent hydration properties, which Alland & Robert claims is superior to those of a standard gum.

This means that the acacia gum ingredient can be easily dissolved into food and supplement product formulations.

Visitors can find Alland & Robert in Hall 3.0 at booth F80 — where they can experience the ingredients from themselves.
