Why a new Gnosis presence now
In June 2024, Irgens took the helm at Gnosis. With over 20 years in the human health industry, he complemented the incredible team he now leads and announced his initial focus. Irgens thoughtfully assembled the new leadership team, igniting a mindset to explore the company culture with a clear plan.
The goal was to harness Gnosis's strengths to deliver a vision of the future that is built around three interconnected pillars: strategy, culture, and brand.
