A recent study published in Applied Sciences has revealed the potential of Suannutra’s lemon verbena extract, RelaxPLX, in managing stress and promoting sleep in teenagers.

This follows the results of a clinical study in adults, which revealed the nutraceutical could increase the levels of sleep hormone melatonin by more than 14%.

The results of this study are particularly interesting as teenagers going through puberty tend to be highly sensitive to the effects of poor sleep and stress.
