Mosaic Flavors, a liquid and powdered flavour manufacturer, has acquired First Coast Flavors.
First Coat Flavors has specialist expertise in the food and beverage flavouring, and is involved in the end-to-end development and commercialisation of flavour solutions.
By acquiring First Coast Flavors, Mosaic Flavors will be better equipped to serve the food and beverage industry.
First Coast Flavors' co-founder and President, Rich Flanagan, will also join Mosaic as its Chief Commercial Officer as part of the agreement.
