The combination of Bimuno GOS (prebiotic) and Probi Defendum (probiotic) is one of the first commercial synbiotic concepts available to formulators with a scientifically proven synergistic effect as shown in a recent study, whereby the probiotic demonstrated selective utilisation for the prebiotic offering a next gen synbiotic product targeting immune health.
This will be accompanied by the synbiotic concept Bimuno GOS and Probi Digestis, a combination targeting digestive health which comes supported by a collective publication count from both ingredients of more than 350.
Vitafoods Europe 2024, taking place 14-16 May 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland, will be an opportunity for brands and formulators to explore scientifically backed synbiotic combinations developed by Clasado and Probi AB with information on the concepts available at Probi’s stand L222.

The synbiotic concepts use Clasado’s multi award-winning prebiotic ingredient, Bimuno GOS, and therefore can also capitalise on a wide range of geographical specific health clams.
