The ongoing rollout syncs with the key trend of food, beverage and supplement manufacturers innovating with functional ingredients to meet consumer demand with products with a

As the company approaches its 30th anniversary, it will continue to focus on expanding core offerings in addition to delving into new, novel ingredient areas to meet customer and
consumer needs for functional foods and beverages, as well as supplements.
New product offerings in 2025 include the following:
- WholeCran: Building on its popular line of cranberry ingredients, WholeCran uses a specialised drying process that delivers the complete nutritional power of whole cranberry – skin, pulp, seeds and juice solids – in a stable, free-flowing format. This consistent, clean-label solution has a guaranteed 4% proanthocyanidins, making it an ideal solution for brands seeking a compelling whole-food story.
- ElderCraft high-fibre organic: An enhanced version of the popular ElderCraft product that combines solvent-free IPT-enriched elderberry extract with elderberry pomace: the end resulting in a 100% elderberry high-fibre extract. The free-flowing powder delivers clinically proven immune and gut-health support, natural colour, and prebiotic fibre - everything in one clean-label, sustainable ingredient.
- ACE blends: ACEPlus and ACEMax offer the benefits of multiple high-antioxidant berries in a single convenient ingredient to consolidate testing and shipping costs, saving time, money and carbon footprint. It has been developed with the highest quality water-soluble berry extracts. These new antioxidant blends are designed to provide a concentrated source of polyphenols for value-conscious formulations in food, beverage and dietary supplements.
- Both ACE blends contain a powerful base of berry extracts: aronia extract to support cardiovascular health, elderberry extract for immune support and acerola cherry for immune-boosting Vitamin C.
