ADM is addressing a critical need at this year’s Drinktec: the consumer call for beverages to support their overall holistic lifestyle goals and taste great

Hops Take the Spotlight: The refreshing bitterness and unique properties of hops are leading to new product development across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

From low- and no-ABV beer to session IPA on draft, natural bittering and more, ADM will highlight the multitude of possibilities hops present, with a specific spotlight on ADM’s expanded portfolio following the acquisition of TNS (Totally Natural Solutions).

Sensory Sensations with Sweeteners, Flavours, Colours: Consumers seek both familiar and adventurous sensory experiences, depending on the occasion.

To address these varying taste preferences, ADM’s expert formulators will demonstrate how they bring together its sophisticated flavour modulation technology, TasteSpark and authentic flavour solutions – including versatile citrus profiles – alongside high-quality sweetening solutions in tantalising functional beverages, lifestyle drinks, energy drinks, juiced drinks and RTD cocktails.

ADM’s Colours from Nature portfolio will also be on full display, providing stable, eye-catching, clean-label alternatives to artificial colours.

Elevated Food Service Solutions: When grabbing a drink out of the home, consumers’ flavour expectations skyrocket.

Supported by new proprietary flavour formulations through the acquisition of FDL, ADM will show how quality flavour syrups and sauces can make all the difference for consumers sipping on their coffee or frappés.
