Epax showcases omega-3 Core and Ultra ranges at Hi China 2014
The ingredients are processed in high-tech facilities in Norway
Epax, a supplier of marine-derived omega-3 fatty acid concentrates, will participate in Hi China from 26–28 June at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
The company will exhibit its premium-quality omega-3 EPA/DHA Core and Ultra ranges of high concentrates in TGN, TG and EE formats. The ingredients are processed in Epax’s high-tech facilities in Norway.
Epax has 175 years of experience producing ingredients for its B2B partners, and leading consumer brands globally rely on the company's condition-specific omega-3 concentrates for their products.
The company is committed to purity, quality and innovation and its omega-3 concentrates are ultra-pure and safe for ongoing use. The products meet, or are well below, known purity regulatory standards set by the authorities. Epax purity expands beyond the established measurements of pollutants and also measures for oxygen-derived by-products.
As an industry innovator, Epax continues to invest heavily in advancing technology and furthering environmental initiatives.
Over the last three years, the company has made investments to expand its omega-3 competence, technologies and product portfolio further, including the next generation of ultra-high concentrates.
This year Epax celebrates its fifth anniversary as a Friend of the Sea (FOS) certified company. It was the first international omega-3 processor to achieve this award for sustainable operation. Earlier this year, Epax was successfully audited for continued compliance with the FOS criteria for sustainable fish oils.
As Epax aligns with its parent company, FMC Corporation, the company’s core values of purity, quality and innovation are further strengthened.
Together, the companies are advancing a number of opportunities to leverage existing technologies from FMC, deliver a significantly improved experience for its customers, and strengthen market position in the health and nutrition segment.
Epax and FMC executives will be available at the Hi China exhibition to discuss the significant opportunities this partnership provides.
