Vitafoods 2019 will see Anlit demonstrate its ProBites Long-Life Probiotic supplement; a line of chews. The new line has been designed by the Israeli company for the whole family, suitable for age three and up.
The inherent sensitivity of probiotics raises two key challenges, maintaining stability and extending shelf life in the development of an effective supplement.
Anlit has developed a technology called “ProBites LLP, Long-Life Probiotic” that allows for high stability of live bacteria in ambient conditions. This means they can be incorporated by Anlit into a convenient format, with multiple flavours, including chocolate, vanilla, and a variety of fruit flavours They are also sugar-free, kosher, halal, and non-GMO.
The company has also instituted a double packaging system with multilayer laminate to retain a perfect, moisture-free support environment for the probiotic and to protect the organoleptic characteristics of the product. The company will present its full range of chewable dietary supplements for children and adults at Vitafoods Europe 2019, including high omega-3 chew for pregnant women and vegetarian curcumin chews.
Vitafoods will take place on 7-9 May 2019 at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland.
