Sternchemie has launched its MCT fats in a powdered version
For three-quarters of the German population, being healthy means all-round wellbeing. This is the conclusion of the Health Report 2020 by the Frankfurt Future Institute.
According to the report, over half of all Germans regularly do sports and a good third take nutritional supplements in order to stay healthy.

An advantage for athletes consuming MCT is the improved absorption of proteins or amino acids, as well as minerals like magnesium and calcium.
