Nutrinsic Corporation has appointed Richard Bond to its Board of Directors.
Prior to being named CEO of Tyson Foods, Bond was President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2006 and Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003.
Before this, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of IBP from 1997 until the company was bought by Tyson Foods in September 2001.
Leo Gingras, CEO of Nutrinsic, said Bond's food industry insights will be invaluable to the company as it continues to develop sustainable nutrition solutions.
'We are very pleased that someone of his stature in the industry has joined our Board,' he said.
