RBT will exhibit its range of minimally processed, hypo-allergenic, gluten free, non-GMO stabilised rice bran ingredients

RiceBran Technologies (RBT), a global leader in the production and marketing of value added products from rice bran, is exhibiting at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo from 21-24 June in New Orleans. More than 18,000 of the world's top food science and technology professionals, representing the most prominent organisations in the global food sector, will learn about the most recent product, ingredient and technology developments, and their potential business impact, as well as identifying trends that will shape the industry.

The IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo brings together professionals involved in both the science and the business of food – experts in R&D, product development, and QA/QC, as well as executive management, marketing, procurement, sales and more – from industry, academia and government. RBT will exhibit its range of minimally processed, hypo-allergenic, gluten free, non-GMO stabilised rice bran ingredients and process patented rice bran derivatives.

"With increasing consumer demand for highly nutritious, allergen-free and minimally processed foods, the IFT is the ideal venue for exhibiting our value added rice bran and derivative products, including our rice bran Proryza protein products," said Dr Robert Smith, SVP of Sales and Business Development for RBT. "We will be highlighting the nutritional and functional benefits of our ingredients in a range of healthy food and beverage applications. We are looking forward to meetings with many of our existing customers and distributors, as well as a number of prospective customers who have reached out to our company in advance of the show."
