The acquisition is fully in line with ROBERTET Group's natural strategy


ROBERTET, a world leader in the natural fragrance and flavor market has completed the acquisition of BIONOV, the world leading specialist and producer of natural superoxide dismutase (SOD).

This investment enhances ROBERTET's health and beauty division's business offering in the health ingredient market with SOD B, a natural ingredient derived from melon (Cucumis melo L) with multiple health benefits validated by clinical studies.

BIONOV will also bring specific expertise in biosciences and encapsulation technology with their highly skilled technical team.

BIONOV and their brands, EXTRAMEL, DIMPLESS or MELOFEED, currently produce a full range of active ingredients for multiple applications (food supplements, functional food and beverage, cosmetics, pet care) that target the consequences of any kind of oxidative stress in humans and animals.
