During the session, leading expert in market and industry trends for dietary supplements, Christopher Shanahan, MS, Global Programme Manager, Frost & Sullivan, will discuss market opportunities for macular carotenoids with clear, tangible benefits for a new consumer demographic.
In addition, two premiere researchers in macular carotenoids research, John T. Landrum, PhD, Professor, Dept. of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Florida International University (FIU) and James M. Stringham, PhD, Research Scientist at The University of Georgia, and Laboratory Supervisor, Dept. of Physiology and Pharmacology will share insights into the clear and significant structure/function benefits that lutein and zeaxanthin isomers have for the eyes.
They will also share new science supporting the emerging role of macular carotenoids as a true wellness solution across all age groups.
