A successful clinical study confirms previously demonstrated benefits of Neuravena on acute improvement of cognitive function, showing efficacy for an 800mg dose.

The new, placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomised crossover study investigated the effects of 800mg of Neuravena on cognitive performance, using the Computerised Mental Performance Assessment System (COMPASS) — a battery of tests selected to allow assessments across the major cognitive domains, including global functioning (speed, accuracy), attention, working and episodic memory and executive function.

The study shows that a single 800mg dose of Neuravena provides significant benefits related to cognitive function. The results of the study indicate a significant improvement of the ‘Speed of Performance’ measure across all the timed tasks within the cognitive tests battery, indicating general benefit to brain function.
These results also indicate an improved executive function, via faster performance in the Peg and Ball test; improved working memory performance (via second run of Corsi Blocks task); and improved episodic memory through fewer incorrect words generated on the 'Delayed Word Recall' task.
