Mettler Toledo, the worldwide leader in product inspection systems, will exhibit its inspection equipment on stand WW143 at SupplySide West 2016, (4-8 October)
The conference and exposition will take place at the Mandalay Bay Conference Center in Las Vegas.
On stand WW143, Mettler Toledo will be exhibiting several of its most effective systems for inspecting ingredients and finished products. The Tablex PRO metal detector inspects tableted products for metal contamination; the PowerPhasePRO digital metal detector inspects ingredients and products for stainless, ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination; the C3530 checkweighing system is designed to accurately weigh products or packages weighing up to 10kg at speeds of up to 600 per minute.
Also on exhibit in the booth will be the X33 X-ray inspection system, one of a new series of Mettler Toledo X-ray systems that feature more sensitive X-ray detectors. This increased sensitivity enables the system to use a lower power (20W) X-ray generator.
This, in turn, reduces the system’s energy requirements and costs,and eliminates the need for cooling, resulting in more compact cabinet size. The resulting smaller sized unit is also easier to insert into an existing production line.
Mettler Toledo specialists will also be on hand in the booth to answer questions and explain the details of the systems on exhibit.
