The immunobiotic gummies containing Lactobacillus paracasei MCC1849 and vitamins, are designed for consumers looking for ways to enhance their immune system and stay healthy throughout the year.
Unlike common lactic acid bacteria, MCC1849 is a heat-killed strain of L. paracasei (also known as paraprobiotic) which, the company says, exhibits a powerful stimulating effect on the production of IL-12, an important factor in immune system function. Paraprobiotics, or postbiotics, are non-viable probiotics or inactivated probiotics, which when administered in sufficient amounts confer benefits to the host.
