Biostem Technologies buys new laboratory and headquarters

Biostem Technologies, a US pioneer in stem cell medicine, has purchased a new research and development laboratory and headquarters in Florida, US.

The company paid US$600,000 for the building, which is located at Pompano Beach, FL, and build out costs are projected to be $700,000. The estimated grand opening for the completed facility is scheduled for 1 March 2016.

The architectural design of the new 6,048ft2 (approximately 560m2) facility is well underway. It will house a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) laboratory for testing the company's stem cell and wellness products as well as Biostem's corporate headquarters.

Biostem Technologies is engaged in the advancement of regenerative medicine and anti-ageing strategies throughout the US, Europe and Mexico. The company's goal is to deliver high quality stem cells and nutraceuticals.
